So,
Yalla Yalla...
يلا يلا
...Let’s go!

Since a young age, we’ve spent our summers in Tunisia, completely immersed in its raw, authentic culture.
Tunisia’s beauty comes from its diverse range of influences — from its Berber roots and Ottoman spirit to Mediterranean touch. You can feel it everywhere.

For years, we’ve talked about starting something of our own — something that captures the warmth, creativity, and rhythm of Tunisia. Every time we come back from visiting family, the same thought hits us: we want to be the bridge to share the charm and tradition of this beautiful place with other people. The flavours, the music, the art and the energy.

That spark became Yalla Yalla — a celebration of North African culture through food, flavour, and design.
“Yalla Yalla” means let’s go! — and that’s our motto. We want to bring a fun, traditional, and funky twist to everyday life. Our food truck serves North African-inspired flavours, while our online store shares the ingredients, artisan products, and designs that make North Africa so unique.

This is more than a brand — it’s a creative movement. A space where tradition meets modern culture, and where people unite over good food, good music, and good energy.
The future of Yalla Yalla is big: a thriving food truck, a growing online store, and a brand that shares the beauty of Tunisia — and the wider North African spirit — with the world.
Our Story
Aslema,
We are Hannah & Adam Ben Ameur, the founders of Yalla Yalla. We’re a brother and sister duo — half Tunisian, half English — who grew up between two worlds. Our dad’s from Bizerte, a coastal town in Tunisia full of colour, flavour, and life. Our mum’s from the South East of England, where the countryside rolls gently and meets the beautiful Sussex coast .
